Birdies 2 Benefit is a one-day fundraising event to support charitable organizations throughout New England with the goal of impacting lives through the game of golf. New England Section PGA Professionals will play (54) holes of golf in one day with the goal of making as many birdies as possible! Through each professional’s network, solicited donors make a financial pledge per birdie to “support their pro!” and help raise funds to benefit three non-profit 501c(3) organizations.

Please support our New England PGA Professionals and help to reach the "Birdies 2 Benefit" fundraising goal of $300,000 to benefit Boston Children's Hospital, Special Olympics-Massachusetts and PGA REACH New England by making a financial pledge for every birdie made over 54-holes at the Andover Country Club on August 15, 2022.

On Monday, August 15th I will be participating in the Second Annual Birdies 2 Benefit charity fundraiser, along with fellow NEPGA Professional Jim Sheerin!
This is a fun-filled event organized by the PGA REACH New England to support Special Olympics of Massachusetts, Boston Children’s Hospital, and our foundation. To play along side fellow NEPGA Professionals last year was one of the most rewarding experiences in my career.
How you can help with this event is by pledging donations. There are a couple different options you can choose from to help:
Pledge a certain amount per birdie that I make during the entire day
Pledge a certain amount per birdie, with a cap on the amount you want to donate
Anything helps and all of it goes to an incredible cause! Please support our efforts as we play 3 consecutive rounds of golf in one day!

What a great opportunity it was to join my fellow NEPGA Professionals and pour in some birdies last year. For me, after a well known Special Olympian, Tyler Lagasse hit the ceremonial first shot, I knew Birdies 2 Benefits was a different kind of event. This by far was one of the collest things that I've done in a while and I can't wait to play again this year.
I'm truly excited to support the Birdies 2 Benefit initiative, last year was awesome and I'm so proud to be a part of this year's event.

I'm looking forward to representing Oyster Harbors in August, helping to impact many lives by making some Birdies!

Birdies to Benefit is back! &nbsp;Last year was the inaugural event and the Holly Ridge Team of Jen and Joe made 27 birdies and raised a staggering $33,888.50 thanks to the support of our family, friends and customers at Holly Ridge. &nbsp;We are excited to add our Director of Instruction, Darren Falk to our team this year, so we are planning to make even more birdies!
Three great charity organizations will benefit from the donations and we can not wait to help raise awareness of how golf can impact and help the lives of hundreds of families, athletes and children across New England. The Holly Ridge family is thrilled to support this event again, as we have benefited so much from each of these organizations, especially the Child Life Services team at BCH!
If you are able to support the event, remember that you have the option to put a limit on your overall donation - in case we light it up and make a lot more birdies! You may also choose to make a flat, one-time donation.

Having the opportunity to play last year with my friends while also raising money to support programs that change lives, certainly is a rewarding and humbling.
We were able to help provide a $75,000 check to the Boston Children's Hospital, what an accomplishment!
